Preparing for Halloween

We took Noah to the Avila Barn pumpkin patch last weekend to find the perfect pumpkin for his Halloween jack-o-lantern. But as it turns out, he was much more excited about the tractors and animals than he was about the pumpkins. We took a tractor hayride out to the patch, and he cried when we had to get off. So of course we had to take the tractor back to the barn. He also got to feed some "gotas" (not sure why he just doesn't call them goats, but that is his word). And we picked up a carton of delicious fresh apple cider.

Daddy and Noah getting ready for the tractor ride!
He thought the giant tire was pretty cool!
Nope, he is not his son. Not at all.
Love his enthusiasm for tractors!
Having fun hunting for the best pumpkin to take home.

Having a good time throwing hay all over himself.

It really was a great family day that I will treasure for a long time to come.
