A new baby!

I am trying to lay low this week because I am battling an ear infection and strep throat. It is a little hard to "lay low" with a baby to take care of, but the real casualty of my illness is the housework. In between naps with Noah, and playtime, this is what I have been up to:

Our friends Matt and Charity just had their second daughter on Father's Day! Isn't that a nice gift?! We went to visit them on saturday when little Mckayla was just 6 days old. Of course I had to take my camera along, as I was happy to try and get some newborn photographs! Noah was never a sound sleeper when he was a newborn. Mckayla was MUCH different! Once she had a good long feeding, she was out! And purple and pink bows and lace were such a nice change for me! I had so much fun! Welcome to the world, baby Mckayla!
